- While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping times differ depending on your location and the selected shipping method. If you’re in the UK, expect to receive the product within 3-5 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
Cooling Off Period: You have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods within 28 days of receiving them, for any reason and without providing a reason.
Refund Timeframe: If you cancel a contract within the cooling off period, you are entitled to a full refund. We must process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Cost of Return: We cover the shipping costs of returns requested during the cooling off period.
Faulty Goods: If you return an item because it is faulty or not as described, we are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods. However, in cases where the item is faulty, you are not required to return it to receive a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Exceptions: We are not required to accept returns of personalized or perishable items, even if they are returned within the cooling off period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed. We do not store your card information.
Your privacy is paramount to us. We use your information only to process orders and will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

- Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your delivery, it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the condition of the products and verify their accuracy against your order.
- Completeness of Delivery: Ensure that the delivery contains all the products you ordered. If there are discrepancies or if any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, you should notify us within a specified timeframe (e.g., within 48 hours) of delivery.
- Notification of Issues: Any concerns regarding the state or completeness of your order should be promptly reported to our customer service team at info@fluffgo.com.
- Reporting Errors: If you discover a potential product or order error, you must report it to FluffGo customer service without delay. Any such complaints should be submitted no later than two (2) months after discovering the error.
- FluffGo’s Liability: FluffGo holds responsibility for product defects in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
- Remedying Defects: In the event of a confirmed defect in a product or delivery, FluffGo primarily reserves the right to correct the defect within a reasonable timeframe. Alternatively, FluffGo may choose to provide a replacement with a defect-free product.
- Expected Delivery Time: While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, there may occasionally be delays due to external factors beyond our control.
- Customer-Related Delays: We are not responsible for delays if they arise due to reasons on the customer’s side. This includes but is not limited to
- The customer not being present at the agreed time of delivery and cannot be reached.
- The customer providing incorrect or outdated contact information.
- The customer failing to notify us of changes in their contact details.
- Notification: Should there be significant delays not related to customer issues, we will notify you via email or phone, providing you with an updated expected delivery date.
- Options for Extended Delays: If the delay extends beyond 30 days from your original estimated delivery date, and the delay is not due to reasons on the customer’s side, you have the right to contact us to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay results from an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, pandemic, or governmental actions. In the event of such a delay, the time for our performance will be extended for a period equivalent to the period of the delay.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through discussion, either party may seek resolution through the courts of England and Wales.
